Return & Refund Policy

At Suzari Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.               

Return Eligibility

Returnable Items

Items are eligible for return and refund if:

– They are returned within 30 days of receipt

– They are in original, unused condition with all tags attached

– They are in their original packaging

– You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

– Sale items specifically marked as “final sale”

– Personal care and apothecary products that have been opened or used

– Plants (unless damaged upon arrival)

– Gift cards

– Custom or personalized items

– Items marked as “clearance” or “as is”

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hi@shopsuzaridesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return
  3. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions
  6. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same initial steps as the return process
  2. Specify the item you would like in exchange
  3. If there is a price difference, we will either:

  – Charge the difference if the new item costs more

  – Refund the difference if the new item costs less

Refund Information

Processing Time

– Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 3 business days

– If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

– Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days

– Store credit refunds are issued immediately upon approval

Refund Methods

– Original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)

– Store credit (if original method is unavailable or by customer preference)

– Gift card (upon request)

Shipping Costs

– Original shipping charges are non-refundable

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or damaged items

– If you received free shipping on your order, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense
  4. In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged item (at our expense)

In-Store Returns

If you made your purchase at our physical location in Charlotte, you may return eligible items to the store with your receipt within 14 days of purchase.
