At Suzari Designs, we’re committed to getting your carefully selected items to you safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing, shipping, and delivering your orders.

Processing Time

– Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation

– During holiday seasons (November-December), processing may take 2-3 business days

– Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time

– Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day

– Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

Shipping Restrictions

– Certain products like plants and fragile items may have shipping restrictions

– Some items may only be available for local delivery or in-store pickup

– We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing plants or fragile items

Order Tracking

– Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships

– You can also check order status by logging into your account on our website

– Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving notification

In-Store Pickup

– No shipping charges for in-person pickup

– Orders are typically ready within 24 hours

– You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready

– Please bring photo ID and order confirmation when picking up

Shipping Delays

– Weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery timeframes

– During peak seasons (holidays), carrier delays may occur

– We will communicate any known shipping delays that may affect your order

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged:

  1. Check the tracking information to verify delivery status
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
  3. For damaged items, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  4. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or reshipment

Address Changes

– Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address

– We can only accommodate address changes if the order has not yet shipped

– If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs
